Elena Kosheleva

Elena Kosheleva is the Founder and Director of Fincorp Advisors, based in Limassol, Cyprus. She is a legal and compliance expert with over 20 years of experience in international legal and tax advisory, corporate and commercial law, and regulatory compliance.

Elena is a licensed AML Compliance Officer with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), and a member of International Compliance Association (ICA). She specializes in providing legal and compliance support for international investments and business ventures.

Elena has served as a Compliance Officer and Legal Consultant at various law firms. Her expertise includes ensuring compliance with AML regulations, managing KYC procedures, and liaising with regulatory bodies. She also has experience in Russian legal practice, including company registration, corporate services, and legal representation.

Elena holds a Bachelor and Master of Law from Perm State National Research University and engaged in postgraduate studies in Law at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).
